S45 T15 lay-in system

OWAtecta S45 is a metal, lay-in, suspended ceiling system. It includes 600×600 mm tile modules, exposed T15 grid and perimeter trim.

S45 utilises our 15mm cliq ceiling grid, suspended from the soffit, with a C-channel fixed to the wall. Simply place the metal lay-in tiles into the open system apertures.

The metal lay-in ceiling tiles are available with a square edge or a tegular edge (8mm drop). Also, we can manufacture each design with a plain or perforated surface. The perforated tiles come with a black acoustic fleece backing as standard, offering up to class C sound absorption. However, if you require a higher acoustic value, we can supply an additional acoustic pad to achieve class A absorption. The plain L0 unperforated tiles create a hygienic ceiling suitable for healthcare or catering environments.

S45 metal lay-in ceiling tiles are easy to install and demount for service access. A metal tile is more durable than a mineral tile, therefore they will last longer when handled more frequently. An installer can cut the tiles onsite to suit the room shape using an appropriate tool. A wall spring clip holds the perimeter tiles in place within the C-channel.
