S14 acoustic canopy

OWAtecta S14 acoustic canopy is a one-piece, suspended, metal ceiling panel. A perfect alternative to a traditional glass wool ceiling canopy. Therefore, it’s ideal for retail, offices, education, hospitality or any open plan spaces.

Firstly, what is an acoustic ceiling canopy? At OWA, we define a canopy as an individual, horizontal, floating panel secured to the soffit via hanging wires or rods.

The free-hanging OWAtecta S14 acoustic canopy is available in a range of standard sizes. Furthermore, the popular 2 m x 1 m, Rd1522 perforated metal panel with integrated class A pad, in white and black, is available ex-stock in the UK. Above all, S14 ceiling panels can be made to order and are available in a wide range of sizes, shapes and colours. Also, you can specify the metal ceiling panels in a choice of surfaces; mesh, perforated or mock mesh (imitation). Through the inclusion of an acoustic pad, an S14 metal canopy will provide high levels of sound absorption, similar to softer, less durable glass wool products.

You can specify S14 metal ceiling panels in any RAL colour to match corporate branding or to enhance an interior. Alternatively, you could choose OWA’s unique ‘RAW metal’ paint finish which offers an industrial and textured rust-brown aesthetic. Moreover, it’s durable and easy to install using M6 threaded rods or a Gripple wire kit.

  • Premium quality, German engineering, robust.
  • Single-piece metal canopy, suitable for contemporary open soffit interiors.
  • Non-combustible reaction to fire properties.
  • Standard and bespoke ceiling panels available.
  • Various perforations or mesh options, any RAL colour.
  • 2 m x 1 m, black and white kits in stock, including pad and rods.
  • A take-back scheme is available for standard stock items.
  • After use, you can recycle the metal locally.
