RAW concrete
OWAconsult RAW concrete is an industrial looking, acoustic mineral wool suspended ceiling board – a visual highlight for all who prefer natural materials.
RAW concrete, as its name suggests, has a concrete appearance. The surface of the bare mineral wool board features small fissures and pits. The fissures are functional too, this medium density board absorbs sound. Therefore, RAW concrete offers class C sound absorption, and the natural grey primer finish creates a distinct industrial look.
The 2000 x 600 mm RAW boards screw directly to our S7 MF suspension system to form a concealed, monolithic ceiling. The fixings will be visible, but we can supply custom painted screws to complement the board surface. Alternatively, 1200 x 600 mm lay-in planks can be used with our S18p bandraster system. The bandraster, wall trim and mesh infill panel are available in a custom RAL colour to enhance the natural RAW boards.
