OWA strengthens its sales force in Scotland

We welcome the appointment of Graeme Hudson who joins our UK based specification sales team. In his new role as specification sales manager, Graeme will provide dedicated regional support to customers and contractors across Scotland.

Graeme brings with him over a decade of experience working in the commercial suspended ceiling sector. Furthermore, he’ll use his knowledge and expertise to support the wider specification of our extensive range of metal and mineral acoustic ceiling solutions.

Commenting on his new role, OWA’s sales specification manager (Scotland) Graeme Hudson said: “OWA is a well-established international manufacturer and over recent years, a number of high profile contracts and new product launches have really helped put OWA on the map here in the UK. I am delighted to be joining the company at such an exciting time and to support our growing customer base in Scotland.”

Established in Germany in 1946, OWA is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of metal and mineral ceiling systems. We specialise in the supply of high quality suspended ceilings which combine acoustic performance with stunning aesthetics. Above all, our varied product range includes the OWAtecta metal ceilings collection, OWAlifetime mineral wool tiles, OWAconsult designer collection and advanced systems for hygiene and fire resistance.

The latest addition to our metal product range is the new S14 acoustic canopy. Suitable for use across many sectors, including education, hospitality and commercial offices, S14 will enhance any contemporary open-plan interior space while offering class A sound absorption. When specified in arrays, the standard one-piece, 2 m x 1 m, powder coated, rectangular metal canopy will create a stunning ‘floating’ ceiling design. S14 is available from stock in white and black. Within the kit, S14 includes a class A acoustic pad and M6 suspension rods to aid installation or relocation. For bespoke design requirements, S14 is also a made to order product, including a variety of different sizes, shapes, colours, perforations and mesh patterns.
