Greater design freedom with OWA’s FreeStyle acoustic baffles
Ceiling design plays an important part in managing the acoustic comfort of an interior space and sometimes it’s necessary to think outside of the box....
Drawing on our expertise as one of the world’s leading suppliers of premium mineral and metal acoustic ceiling systems, here at OWA we are offering support for specialist contractors by sharing a series of installation videos on our website.
The latest video focuses on OWA’s most popular mineral modular ceiling system OWAlifetime S3a cliq. This incorporates a demountable T24 click grid, perimeter trim, and tegular edge, lay-in mineral ceiling tiles to form a high-quality suspended ceiling system. The new video, which can also be viewed on OWA’s YouTube channel, gives clear step by step guidance on how to install a standard modular ceiling. This is a useful resource for both contractors and specifiers alike.
The S3a cliq system is a variation on our popular S3 cliq system, which uses square edge rather than tegular edge ceiling tiles, but utilises the same T24 click grid and trim. The flexible S3/S3a cliq systems are our most specified solutions and are fully compatible with a wide selection of modular mineral fibre ceiling tiles, many of which are available for quick delivery from UK stock. With options ranging from classic white painted needled tiles offering class C sound absorption, to class A smooth fleece covered tiles, both the S3a cliq and S3 cliq suspended ceiling systems are suitable for various sectors including education, healthcare, retail, leisure and commercial offices.
Other installation support videos and technical data to support the use of OWA’s extensive range of metal and mineral ceiling solutions are also available. Click the following link to view our demountable and customisable metal OWAtecta S80 acoustic raft.
