This chic villa designed by Lab32 Architects stands out on the coast. The contemporary architecture deviates from the norm in the nearby fishing villages, but that is precisely why this is such a special home for architect Loek Stijnen. The design, with mainly white and glass walls, is enriched with dark details and a gold-coloured solid façade screen.

The modern living areas and large windows provide an exceptionally light and sleek interior. To compensate for the lack of sound-absorbing materials, OWAplan was chosen. Our seamless, acoustic plaster ceiling system provides pleasant, homely acoustics. The unparalleled surface quality ensures it compliments all the other minimalist interior elements. The black light fittings are accurately concealed into the ceiling. The unique structure of OWAplan also ensures that no expansion joints were required.
